Booking Confirmations

For all self-drive bike rentals, delivery does not apply to physical products. However, upon successful booking, a digital confirmation containing your booking details will be sent via email and/or SMS to the registered contact information provided by you.

Please ensure that your contact details are accurate and active at the time of booking.

Vehicle Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup from Vendor Location: Customers are required to pick up the booked vehicle from the vendor’s location, the details of which will be provided in the booking confirmation.
  • Home Delivery (If Available): In select cities and under certain plans, we may offer doorstep delivery and pickup services. Additional charges may apply and will be shown at the time of checkout.
  • Timely Availability: We aim to ensure that the vehicle is ready at the selected time and location. In case of delays, customers will be notified in advance via call or SMS.

Required Documents at Delivery

At the time of delivery or pickup, customers must present:

  • A valid driving license
  • Government-issued ID proof (such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.)
  • Booking confirmation received on email or SMS

Delivery Delays

We strive to make all vehicles available on time. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather conditions, or technical issues with the vehicle. In such cases, our support team will assist you in rescheduling or issuing a refund, as per our Cancellation Policy.

Non-Serviceable Areas

Currently, our delivery services (if applicable) are limited to specific cities. If a requested location falls outside our serviceable zones, only pickup from vendor location will be available.
